Green Accounting of the Internet

The idea is simple.

A balance shows how good the performance of a process is. Everyone is familiar with balances. The mathematical difference between a Dollar or a Euro or a Kilowatt just do not exist. Any unit will do it, but we are particular interested in Kilowatts. As a rule of thumb, the more money a process will consume, the more energy will go into it.

The foremost aim we have in mind is to visualize networks and interdependencies between their participants.

The most worrying in the Internet is reliability and approved certification.
